- 1 hr workout class (for all fitness levels) don’t let the name scare you girl! I am all about the modifications! 9am start
- Guest Speaker Keyrsten McEwan Holistic Nutritionist: Keyrsten will be joining us to talk about batch cooking and how to meal prep!
- Brunch by Il Posto your choice of either:

3 Belgian Style waffles, served with dulce de leche, maple cream cheese, seasonal preserve.

Smoked Salmon Scramble, sun-dried tomato, kale, guanciale, roost potatoes, arugula

Frittata, 3 eggs, mushrooms, caramelized onion, butternut squash, fior de latte, arugula salad
