Two Reasons I get to the gym every time!

This Post is short, sweet and simple

1. Its an appointment!
I DONT reschedule, I rarely change the time. Its a complete routine and I schedule other things around it. Because its important, its a stress relief, its me time, and its soooo good for the body!! 

2. it gives me ENERGY: a misconception about working out is it sucks energy away, or you don't have enough energy to workout. BUT because its an appointment, when I'm tired I go anyways! When I'm there or finished my workout I often leave feeling WAY more energized than when I came.  

Go to the gym....I dare you! XO
